Kagari Ginza dishes up one of the best ramen ever.
In fact, this Chicken Paitan Ramen #鳥白湯 beats tons of pork tonkotsu base ramen for me.
Aside from that rich flavorful milky chicken broth coating each ramen noodle strand, the toppings of super tender chicken meat, egg and seasonal vegetables sums up an amazing dinner.
