[New] ? Japanese Rice Wine (sake) KitKat chocolates, launched in Japan on 1 Feb 2016.
Now you can enjoy a break with Nestle's first ever alcohol infused KitKats!
These Sake-flavored KitKat containing 0.8% of alcohol, has a very light nihonshu aftertaste that was more noticeable after my second KitKat bar.
Good thing was that these chocolate wafers were not as sweet as some of KitKat's other flavours, probably due to the sake powder between the wafer layers.
Thanks to @mellytofu who grabbed a few packs for me off the shelves when she spotted them.
