Here is the cake I baked for my mummy's birthday celebration!
Homemade matcha strawberry shortcake inspired by one my fav instagrammer @mamiaoyagi .
The presentation is not anywhere near perfect I know,(sorry it's quite ugly) ?heheh I really need to practice more.
But the matcha sponge cake was fluffy and the whip was so light and yummy!! Can't believe the weekend is coming to an end so soon~ definitely need some desserts for a perk-me-up.
