Even my quick desk #lunch is starting to look like #spring. I quickly wizzed up a splet, peas, artichoke salad a little #turmeric did the trick. I confess I just mixed some stuff I had in the fridge/freezer. Did you know that frozen veggies is actually the next best thing after fresh veggies? Because they're freezed right after being picked and they conserve more than 95% of their nutritious characteristics. #LabNoon #LabNoonFood
