For my last post, I'll leave you with an iconic view that connects the past and present in this beautiful seaside city. Between the 14th and 16th centuries, this port opened the door to key trading routes between Asia and the West, marking the beginning of what would be a major geographical, political and cultural remapping of the country we know as India today. This rich history was a starting point in imagining the potential for this year's biennale, allowing artists in the show to explore notions of time and space between the past, present and future.
