Hi fam! ☺️ I have been getting a few questions about the stretches I do each day...here are a few hip and hamstring specific ones I like to include (I start with the easiest ones at the top then work down) each one is held for 1 minute. Sometimes longer if I am feeling tight ? ❗️when stretching hip flexor, pull the belly button in and engage the core to make sure you are not arching the lower back. This will protect your back and help to give a deeper stretch.
