Put rice with cereals on the bottom, white sesame seeds and nori with soy sauce on top of it, then put rice with cereals again. On top of that, finely chopped shiso leaves, white sesame seeds, and torn nori seaweed are placed like furikake (sprinkles), and teriyaki chicken and mushrooms seasoned with salt only are placed on top. The sauce is made with grained sansho (Japanese pepper).
