弁当は鮭、朝は鯖。いずれも塩麹漬け。副菜は共通。しかし集合住宅で魚を焼くのは、煙と匂い問題があるなあ。弁当は二段重ねの海苔弁です。

Since I am often away from home, there is not enough food in the refrigerator. I grilled frozen fish marinated in salted malt, boiled leftover vegetables, and put dried food back in water to cook. I took out the well-pickled eggplant from the bed of salted rice bran and finished my lunch and breakfast.
