Cut the tops and bottoms off the oranges and then cut them in half. 2. Scoop out the insides of the oranges with a spoon and use them to line the bottoms of the oranges. 3. Remove the white pith from the scooped-out orange pieces and place them in a small saucepan. Add lemon juice and granulated sugar and simmer until thickened. 4. In a blender, combine the ingredients for the cream filling and the orange jam from step 3. Blend until smooth. 5. Pour the mixture from step 4 into the orange cups from step 2 and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. 6. Sprinkle granulated sugar on top of the chilled desserts and use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar. 7.
