Okay so I’m 13 weeks PP and finally getting back into being able to train abs/core. To keep it real… I’m actually feeling really confident and happy with my training progress right now but ANYTHING core related is definitely a struggle.
When I say “I can finally train abs” I literally mean I can do more than 3 reps and without feeling like I’m going to injure myself.
Also my next goal is to tackle my 3-Week Ab Burn Challenge in the @sweat app. I’m not there yet haha SOON.. but when I’m ready, I might set a mini challenge so we can all do it together! Thoughts??
