今年から茶道のお稽古をはじめたよ🍵🇯🇵✨
日本の文化を学んでいる時に、茶道の世界の考えが美しいなと思い自分で体験をしてみたかったの。

今回で5回目のお稽古なんだけどね、、。

茶道の世界は、本当に本当に奥深くて美しい🥲🙏

茶道を習い始めてから、普段の暮らしで意識する事がすごく増えたよ。例えば、雑巾の搾り方、お皿の洗い方、歩き方、片付け方、相手へのおもてなしの氣持ち、、日常生活で行う行動をさらに意識するようになって動きが上品に優しく美しくなって行く事を感じるの。

茶道は、人間をさらに輝かしてくれる素晴らしい道だなとおもったよ✨🌱

日本では、茶道文化はどんどん減ってきているけれど、また輝きが戻る事を信じて☺️✨🙏

This is my fifth lesson,,!

The world of tea ceremonies is truly beautiful 🙏

Since I started learning about tea ceremonies, I have become more conscious in my daily life. For example, I’ve become more aware of how to wash dishes, walk, clean up, and be hospitable to others. In my daily life I feel that my movements become elegant and gentle and beautiful.
I think a tea ceremony (Sado) is a wonderful way to make people shine even more🌱
In Japan, tea ceremony culture is decreasing, but I believe that it will shine again ☺️🙏
