幸せってなんだろうね^o^ なんだか生きていて思ったのは。。幸せになりたいなって思っていると。。なれないんだなって。

だってそれって今私は幸せじゃないんだって自分を否定して生きている事だから。　

だから、幸せになりたいっておもうんじゃなくて、もう幸せなんだって氣付く事からはじまるんだよね。

その瞬間から毎日の日常に小さな幸せがどんどん溢れてきて、氣付いたらなりたい自分になっているとおもうんだ。

だって私達は、風が吹けば、気持ちいって感じるし、ご飯を食べたら、美味しいって感じるし、お友達と話して笑いあえたり泣き会えたりするし、美しい景色をみて感動をする事ができたり、やりたい事がなんでもできるような、美しい地球に住んでいるから🌎

この地球に生まれてきている事がもう幸せなんだよね^o^

わぁ〜〜〜！　もう感謝でいっぱいだぁ。

I wonder what happiness is^o^

I believe when I question or doubt my happiness. It means I am unhappy right now.

Happiness is realizing that we are already happy.

From that moment on, I think we become the person we want to be. When we realize that we are overflowing with small moments happiness in our daily life.

Because we live on a beautiful earth- where we can feel and feel good when the wind blows, and when we eat, we can talk to our friends and laugh and cry, see beautiful scenery and do whatever we want 🌎 We are happy to be born on this earth ^o^
