今日も五月晴れが気持ちいいです☀️
まもなく紫陽花の季節がやって来ますね。

atelier＊mといえば「お花」というくらい、私が作るアイシングクッキーはお花で溢れています。
そんなアイシングクッキーには欠かせないお花絞りですが、今まで沢山の方にレッスンのリクエストをいただいて来ました。私自信まだまだ勉強中でレッスン出来る段階ではないと思って来ましたが、結局この先もずっと私の中でゴールは訪れないと思い、ここで一度形にしておこうと、今回 @miroom_official から動画レッスンとしてリリースさせていただくことになりました🌸

基本的なお花絞りが出来れば、あとは花びらの枚数や色、花芯のデザインを変えたりと、無限のアレンジが広がります。

お花絞りの上達はとにかく練習の回数に比例します。私も日にちが空くと勘が鈍ります。
その練習に欠かせないアレを今回の動画にPDFデータとしてダウンロード出来るようにしました！

The flowers have become synonymous with atelier*m, and now we are going to have a video lesson on how to piping flowers🌸.

Once you've mastered the basic flower-piping technique, you can change the number of petals, the color, and the design of the flower core for an infinite variety of arrangements.

The improvement of flower aperture is proportional to the number of times you practice. In this video, I've included a PDF file that you can download to help you practice.
