Haven’t picked up my gloves in a bit and boy does it feel good! I don’t usually train on Sunday’s but the weather was so nice I got the itch for a little cardio challenge! The @fightcamp sprint rounds are no joke! 20, 10 seconds rounds with 5 sec rest and I was TOAST 🍞🥵🥵🥵!

What I love about boxing and Fight Camp is that it’s not only a killer workout and energy release but they have classes that cater to all levels of fitness and how much time you have for your workouts!
