Do you love full body workouts?

Here’s some tips for beginners:

1. Separate the movements and use something to hold on to as assistance for your lunge to high knee.

2. Use light weight here!! Make sure you push your hips back! You could even use a chair and perform a sit to stand instead of doing the squat

3. Take the squat of out this one and alternating between a bent over row and a curl.

4. Holding a wider (not longer) stance is helpful for balance! If you need more assistance use something to hold onto and perform a single arm front raise upright row.
