Arroz con leche ::::::::::::::::::::::::::: 7 cups water 1 cup long grain rice One cinnamon stick One can evaporated milk One can condensed milk 1 cup milk raisins (optional) Put the water, rice, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool uncovered for about 18-20 mins until tender. Strain out the water in a fine mesh colander, discard the cinnamon stick and bring the rice back to the saucepan. Stir in the milk, condensed and evaporated milks. Cook until mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat, cook uncovered, stirring constantly, until the thickened for about 20 minutes.
