アリシア・ウィットさんのインスタグラム写真 - (アリシア・ウィットInstagram)「what a beautiful first sunday of this new year. these last few days i’ve been spending a lot of time reflecting - preparing for this year ahead and what i wish to bring into it. how can i best be of service? how can i best fulfill my purpose here, to help make this world a better place each and every day, in small or not small ways? for many or for just one? . what i’ve come up with first and foremost is: find my own center. be at peace, at authenticity within my own heart, so that i may help to bring peace and authenticity to others. we can’t be there for anyone else if we aren’t first there for ourselves. it’s not selfishness. it’s the greatest way you can honor your existence. • so many are suffering right now. humans trying to survive their battle with covid 19. other humans ill with other things that require hospitalization, only to be turned away because there is no room. health care workers who are at their breaking point and still not stopping - heroes by any definition. the *least* we can do is take care of them all by protecting those around us. not only by socially distancing and wearing a mask when distance and outdoors is not possible, but also by taking the best possible care of *ourselves*. protect your own health and well being with nourishing positive energy. • i know that if we all try to focus on some light and love each day - even on the darkest day - we can make it brighter. • happy new year to each and every one of you. sending each of you a beam of sun and heart full of hope, and love.」1月4日 5時55分
