This has been my go-to kind of workout this season? I guess, haha —quick, painful, circuit style! I like to think of it as “just rip-off-the-band-aid-and-get-it-over-with” and things like this always kick my heart rate up and get me feeling good for the day 🥰 enjoy the tasteful Maximus interruptions throughout, lol

✨lateral band walks
✨ball clean and slam
Do each for 1 min with 20 sec breaks or 10-15 rep range
Repeat circuit 4 times, donezo
