My brain is furiously trying to process the amount of changes we’ve all been through and witnessed. Seeing some people I love struggle, anxiety heightened, stress about the future and the unknown. Changes. Everything changing everywhere sometimes for the better but also at times for the worse. Acutely understanding the priorities and what really counts. Lessons learned and new ones on the horizon. My head feels like a tumble dryer of thoughts, ideas and a desire to help problem solve and find fresh solutions to so many new problems we collectively face. Fresh air always helps.
