Last week was a hard week. I never thought I’d be the type to experience pregnancy symptoms that would slow me down. If you know me...you know I believe good health is simply a case of mind over matter. Every-time you eat is an opportunity to nourish your body...and in my case, nourish and feed my growing baby (plus satisfy cravings). However, I’ve been learning that my body has a different mind right now-no matter what I eat. I am most definitely not myself. 😩😂 I mean...the breakouts, the growing belly, the forgetfulness, the snoring, the carpel tunnel, the back aches-none of it is hot. 😂😂 . Now that being said, I’d do it all over again. I also invite more symptoms as long as baby girl stays healthy in there. I am absolutely in love with feeling her kicks.
