We are starting the week strong with this HIIT STRENGTH workout! I’m using 1 x 5kg dumbbell but if you don’t have access to equipment and you want to add some additional resistance, get creative! You can use a water bottle or other weighted objects as a substitute for the dumbbells.

3 SETS 30:15

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest between exercises. Allow 60 - 90 seconds rest between sets.

30 sec Snatch Squat
30 sec Weighted Straight Leg Crunch
30 sec Alternating Side Lunge w/ Snatch
30 sec Weighted Cross Jacks
30 sec Kneel To Stand w/ Press
