HOME BOOTY 🔥🍑

Another day, another BOOTY workout (and today we are working out from the comfort of our home!) I am using my DB Booty Burner Band to add extra resistance and level up my booty workout game! Another MUST DO for me when it comes to glute growth is Glute Activation!

Glute Activation essentially is a warm up for your booty, it activates and turns on the muscles so they are ready to fire and MAKE GAINS!
