I wonder what would happen if the skeleton were embraced, revered. Perhaps we would no longer fear our own skeletons buried along the way; perhaps we would not seethe and spew upon discovering the skeletons that surface in others. There is beauty to behold in our skeletons. Perhaps all they ever needed was our song. . . . . A thought: journals hold an open expanse that are safe for messing and mucking.
