Not the prettiest sourdough loaf I’ve made, but it’s the best tasting.
I am struggling with getting the loaves out of the floured bannetons - the loaves collapse. Any ideas as to why?
I also think I had a tad too much hydration here, though I must say - I will be using the same amount of starter from now on because the flavor is unreal.
