In recent years the world has become so critical of appearance and beauty, making us feel inferior, unattractive and ashamed for being anything less than perfect when in reality it is our imperfections, heart and soul that make us truly unique and beautiful. No two people on this Earth are the same, nor should they ever be. We were all born to be ourselves, to love, accept and celebrate our individuality for the blessing that it is. It’s fair to say that I’m not 18yrs old anymore, but after having two children I love my body more now than ever!
