@rwl 30 Day Challenge has come at the perfect time for me!!

I’m feeling Abit yuk!!
I’m not sure if it’s the season change, anxious about covid & restrictions as we get closer to Xmas, feeling a little exhausted being a full time mama & juggling work or just loss of motivation lately.

Anyone else feel the same?

Exercise makes me feel positive, happy & reduces my anxiety. So I’m going to stick to this programme & fingers crossed it boosts my mood 🤞🙌💪🏼
