Some weeks I’m lucky to get in 1 or 2 15min workouts (usually catching up on a @rwl live or Pilates class in the video bank) BUT so what 🤷🏻‍♀️ taking away the pressure has really helped me enjoy and appreciate my workouts when I get the chance instead of beating myself up for not getting time.
