The more I’m working the more I’m realising how hard it really is for parents. A feel very lucky a lot of my work I can do from home (usually while roman is asleep!) or take Roman with me. How flexible are employers to new mums? Did you suffer with Mum guilt when you went back to work? Did U struggle trusting someone else to care for your child?
