ステファニー・ダナさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ステファニー・ダナInstagram)「Do you watch The Bachelor/ Bachelorette? I do, & I used to think I’d do really great on the show… Buttt I know now that I would in fact be HORRIBLE. Last year, I was selected to move on to the next round of SwimSearch2020 from SI On Location. I was so happy to be there.. but I was SO shy!! It was kind of like a Bachelor cocktail party where @mj_day and @Yutsai88 were The Bachelorette/ The Bachelor. Everyone was surrounding them, trying to tell them their stories. I wanted to talk to them, but I was struggling with the idea of cutting people off. Possibly being the reason someone didn’t have time to speak or share. Every girl there had an amazing story, and I was having such a hard time figuring out how to barrel through the crowd and just start talking about myself. By the grace of God, I “got a rose” (aka a text message) & made Top 60. I was once again so nervous & SHY! When it was my turn for the photoshoot…I froze. There’s no other way to say it. I was so stiff and realized I had physically stopped breathing- I legit almost passed out. As I stared at everyone’s photos on the table- I knew I didn’t deserve to move on to the next round. I went home that day and started practicing posing. When I say I’ve practiced every single day since, I’m not even joking. Getting in & out of the shower; posing practice. Stretching at the gym; practicing controlling my facial expressions. Asking anyone around me to take my pic. Or if there was no one, propping up my iPad and video taping my movement and posing. I have grown so much this past year, I have worked on myself: my abilities, my skills, my mind. I’m ready. @Si_swimsuit If you give me a chance- I’d love to show you just how much I’ve changed. I’d love to show you the magic I can create in front of the camera! I want to inspire others to keep fighting for their dreams. This is my 3rd year auditioning for you, and every year I make it a step close. Year 1: @haleyybaylee’s golden ticket. Year 2: Top 60. Year 3: ???
