Who is ready for a chest workout?! Which ones your favorite?!
I used pillows to give myself an incline.
For the 1️⃣ exercise I’m alternating between an underhand press and a close press. I love this one because it hits all areas of your chest. Number ✌🏼 is a circle fly. You should use light weight for this exercise. You’ll feel it in your chest and shoulders. 3️⃣ is a triple pulse press and it’s a triple threat! Make sure you control the pulse and not bounce the weights. 👊🏼4️⃣ is a dumbbell j curl. Make sure you keep your elbows in. You’ll feel this in your chest triceps and shoulders!
