🤯🤯 Would you try any of these? Which one?!

Wall walks are a tough exercise and a great way to work up to doing them is by starting with inch worms, inch worm push ups and a bench walk into a pike. You should also remember to work on your shoulder mobility and core strength with this exercise.

1️⃣ BANDED HAND WALL WALK: this works your core, shoulders and back! Remember that you do not have to use to band or you can even modify by doing inch worms instead!

2️⃣ HANDSTAND BANDED CLIMBER 🤪 wow this one is tough! It takes a lot of balance and stability. A great alternative is mountain climbers!

3️⃣ CRAWL HOP PIKE : this one felt good! It stretches your hamstrings but also is a crazy core and shoulder stability exercise. You can also do this exercise on a mat. ** NOTICE THAT MY NECK STAYS STRAIGHT. I DONT LOOK AT THE GROUND THE ENTIRE TIME

4️⃣ WALL KNEE TUCK TWISTS : I love doing this exercise in a plank position so much I decided to take it up a notch and try it in a wall plank! It’s tough but you can still do it on your mat in a plank!
