I can’t think of a better mantra to start each day with, let alone in a daily planner by one of my favorite illustrators @meeraleepatel. I love that this planner starts in August 2020 and continues throughout 2021 because I don’t have to wait and can dive right in now! It is full of Meera’s gorgeous artwork and inspiring quotes with colors that breathe life into one’s creative space. I’m so happy with the thoughtful layout, which include monthly and weekly formats with plenty of room to jot to-dos, lists and other details. I’m going to purpose mine in an unconventional way in as far as planners go (but really, you can make yours your own and the sky’s the limit), and write down one thing that brought beauty and/or wonder in each day. I generally write what I’m grateful for in my personal journal, but I often miss capturing the subtle moments of the day that brought beauty, and hopefully in being mindful with capturing it here, my perspective might shift as it becomes something I look for more and more.
