#augustisforantelopes , so we’re kicking off the month with this royal antelope @lazoo! One of the smallest living species of ungulates, the royal antelope is about the size of a rabbit. Their hind legs are much longer than their front legs which gives this species a crouched appearance. While this might seem like a disadvantage, those long hind legs help the antelope clear obstacles, which comes in handy when evading predators.
