Feroce Strength:
Pre-hab lower body 2
2 rounds (Stretching do what you can)
-30 sec forearm instep
-10 leg cross +10 press ups +10sec hold on the last rep
-30 sec couch stretch

3 rounds (Activation)
-30 Banded Pull Throughs (Just step into the band so it is around your waist not held in your hands)
-10 GHD hips extensions +10sec hold
-30 sec hollow rock hold

Deadlift: Speed Pulls against bands
Deadlift 10x2 reps @70% of 1RM and light bands, rest 45 sec

Hook bands around barbell collars and stand on band
set you back and think about going up fast once the bar pass the knees.

Accessories:
3x8 Good morning

slow down, fast up
slight bent at the knee, arch back
use a barbell on your back

3 x 50 meter sled drag (medium) with farmers carry (70/53lb KB's)
Sub band around knees if no sled

Core Accessories:
3 sets
12 weighted sit-up
24 death march
rest as needed

3 sets
60 sec hollow hold
60 sec arch hold
rest as needed
(use weight if you can)
