Video by @tobyharriman | The Nam Pan Market is the largest market on Inle Lake, though it may be difficult to find without a local guide. This market is open five days a week but changes locations each day to a different community in or around Inle Lake. Here, in its Nyaung Shwe location, hundreds of wooden boats dock at the water’s edge to access the market, which overflows with handcrafted goods, local produce, and food staples. The energy in the market is incredible, and it’s also a spectacular view from above!
