ABS for advanced💪🏻😘
-This ab routine is for those who:
✅Did my previous beginner routine twice per week for at least 3 months (not there yet? Just keep on going, hun... You'll get there.)
✅Been training abs frequently, but since the gyms are closed, you are in the state of "and now what?"
So here we go.
This is a quite heavy one:
1️⃣15 repetitions / 5 sets (where of the 1st might be to find the balance)
2️⃣20 repetitions / 5 sets
3️⃣20 repetitions / 5 sets
4️⃣20 repetitions (hands behind your head) + 10 repetitions (hands on hips) / 3 sets
5️⃣12 repetitions per side / 3 sets
