1️⃣SUMO DEADLIFT: 15, 14, 15. focus on being explosive while under control. 2 mins rest between sets.
2️⃣Tri-set-
Complete a set of each and then rest for 2 minutes.
LEG PRESS: 20, 20, 20
DB WALKING LUNGE: 10,10, 10 each leg
DB ROMANIAN DEADLIFT: 10,10,10 each leg.
3️⃣Tri-set
Complete each exercise once and then rest 60 seconds.
LYING HAMSTRING CURLS: 15, 15,15
LEG EXTENSION: 15, 15, 15
STANDING CALF RAISES: 30, 30, 30 (10 toes straight, 10 toes out and 10 toes in.
