CARDIO SWEAT 💦 This is a fun little workout I like to do when I can’t think of anything and just want a quick sweat that works my whole body 💪🏼😁 It’s a ‘Count Up’ workout, so the reps are easy to remember 👌🏼

4 Rounds
▪️5 x PUSH UPS
(On toes OR knees)
▪️10 x BURPEES
(Chest to ground OR jump to plank)
▪️15 x SQUAT JUMP HEEL TAP
(Jump OR standard squat)
▪️20 x PLANK CROSS OVER
(Cross over OR same knee to elbow)
▪️25 x TABLE TOP RUN
(25 each side = 59 total)
▪️30 x BICYCLE
(Aim for shoulder to knee for more oblique burn)
▪️35 x RUSSIANS
(Russians OR high knees. 35 each side = 70 total)
