Things I do when I am feeling my best:
-
1. EARLY bedtime + good nights sleep (currently writing this at 1 am 🤦🏼‍♀️ new years threw me off. Let’s try again tmw)
2. READ. Best best best if it’s for 30 minutes & in the sauna. Currently reading”Solve for happy by Mo Gawdat” that @benbergeron gave me. I want to give it to EVERYONE in my family. So good. ✨😭
3. Exercise. No more explanation needed.
4. Spend time with my family + best friends. Preferbly laughing.
5. Eat well. Lots of fresh & colorful fruits & veggies 💚🌿
6. Have a GOOD, non rushed morning. I love it when I have an extra 30 mins to spare so I can sit down with my smoothie or coffee & meditate/read/stretch before I start my day. I feel so much happier & calmer going into the day!

This is something that @adeecazayoux taught me to do. TAKE NOTES of things you are doing & the routine you are keeping when you are feeling your best. Then when I feel out of routine or stressed I come back to these things & purposely make time to add them in to my day. Comment your top things - I want to hear ✨😍👋🏼
