It was challenging on all levels. - I published my first book, I got to shoot for the ESPN Body issue which was one of the craziest yet most empowering things I’ve done. I got to travel the world both competing & exploring. I competed in my 7th CF Games & for yet another year am pushed to my limits striving to be the BEST I can be. I also got a new little niece & oh my she’s the biggest ray of sunshine this world has seen! ✨☺️ - This year has also been one of the most challenging times I’ve been through on so many levels. I TRULY believe we never go through anything we don’t have to & everything has it’s purpose. I’ve had to work a lot on myself & these past months have really required for me to dig deep & to grow. - I am SO very ready for 2020 ✨☺️ I have a good feeling about this year & I feel so lucky to have the people I have around me.
