Start with something as light as 2kg/5lbs and then move to heavier weights as your muscles start to adapt ⬆️. The aim for #BBG is to do 12-15 reps ... the fifteenth rep should be a challenge, but not enough that you can’t complete it with correct form … if you’re not able to complete 12-15 with correct form, use a lighter weight. With machines, follow the same process - do exercises on the lightest weight possible. Do 2-3 reps to test the weight and increase until you FEEL IT.
