I would like to show you one case who got the Rejuran i treatment in our clinic.
This patient is 57 years old. She took 2 procedures ; 2 weeks apart. On the right photo you can see the final result – after two months the wrinkles around the corner of the eye and under the eye almost vanished.
However, she still looks tired because of the transition between the lower eyelid and cheeks. In general, the cause of the tear trough deformity may include volume loss, orbital fat herniation, and skin laxity in different degrees of severity among patients. In this case, we had better add HA fillers along the infraorbital rim to improve the suborbital groove. It should be also noted that we need to inject cross-linked HA fillers in a different day from Rejuran i to avoid the overreaction by mixing them.
Inaccurate diagnosis might lead to unwanted effects or even complications. For this we sometimes combine Rejuran i not only with laser treatment but also with other injection treatments such as BTX, HA fillers.
