I’ve really enjoyed posting image carousels here lately! Oftetimes I feel like a photo should be seen with others to tell a ”complete” story if that makes sense. Sort of like a blog post. I’ve always been a sucker for pairing photos together and making collages.. too bad I rarely do it anymore. Anyway, these shots are from a small workshop last year with @adelasterfoodtextures whom I haven’t seen in months and miss dearly. Mozart came with us to this workshop (swipe to see a very good boy!) and got like 100 ticks and made sure to bite all the tasseled pillows because they’re the most fun to bite 😏💓 You can find the recipe for this apple pear galette with hazelnut frangipane through the link in my profile. Definitely one of my very favorite recipes!
