SHOCK EYEさんのインスタグラム写真 - (SHOCK EYEInstagram)「土鍋でご飯を炊くようになってから、もう随分経つ。美味しいのはわかりつつも、最初はめんどくさいのかな？とか、思ってたけど、やってみたらそんなことなくて。何より、ご飯の時間がより楽しくなった。一粒一粒、キラキラ輝いてみえて、残したらほんとに勿体ないと、前よりも感じるようになった。どうせならと、お米も選んでみたり。そうすると、当然、お米にも愛着が湧いてくる。米びつが宝箱みたいに見えてきてw どんな人が丹精を込めて作ったのかな？とかに想いを馳せてみたり🙄✨ そうすると、日本に生まれてよかったな、とか、田んぼとか、畑とか、そういう景色や生産者への感謝、大切にしなきゃなとか思ったり、、、１つのキッカケに、色んな想像を巡らす。ちょっとした工夫で世界が違って見えてくる、、ながらで、生産性だけを求めて生きてたら、見過ごしてしまってるもの、、沢山あるんだろうな、、、気をつけよう☺️ #土鍋 #米 #日本 #claypot #japanese_food #japanesestyle #whiterice #japan #japanesesoul : : It has been a while since I have started to cook rice using a clay pot. I knew the taste will be better for sure, but I thought cooking process would be too much hustle, but actually it wasn’t . More than anything, dnner time became much more enjoyable. Each grain of rice looks sparkling, and I feel like we shouldn’t waste any of them. Now, I am more into selecting the brand of rice. Then you feel more attachment to your rice, and even your rice bin looks like treasure box:) I think of the producer and their background. I am so glad to be born in Japan. We should appreciate all producers, rice fields, farms….I want to value these kind of feelings. One opportunity opens a lot of doors if you use your imagination.
