ここマカプウヘイアウは古代ハワイアンの神殿。
ヘイアウは、ハワイ語で神殿、神社の意味で、昔の人が祈りを捧げていた場所らしい。
石のサークルの中に、無数に積み上げられた石、そこにレイなどがかけられていたよ。
立ち入るべからず、と言った看板が何個も掲げられてて、とても厳かな雰囲気が漂っていた。
遠くに小さな島、ラビットアイランドやタートルアイランドが見える素晴らしい絶景の中、昔から変わらない風を全身に感じながら手を合わせてきたよ🙏✨
まるでモアナの世界✨✨✨
下に降りたとこは、ヒーリングプールと言われてる場所もあってここもパワースポット。

Makapu’u Heiau is an ancient Hawaiian temple.
Heiau means temple, shrine or the place for worship in Hawaiian.
In the stone circle, countless stones are piled up with flower leis.
There are many signs says “Do not enter” and this place looks very solemn to me.
The view is spectacular! You can see small islands in distance, such as rabbit island and turtle island. I was praying there and feeling an ancient breeze.
Feels like you are in Moana’s world!
If you go down the hill, you can see the place called “Healing Pool” which is very much sacred place for spiritual cleansing.
