🗣Lots of people will cheer for when you first start or while your on your fitness journey. Once you reach your goal though those same people may be negative and make you try and feel bad about yourself. Mentally prepare your mind while your on a transformation journey. If your not ready to take that negativity you may turn to food as comfort and relapse. Make your mindset as strong as your body simultaneously. 💪🏽

reneerose1919 I've been watching you for years, I was like I must start going to gym to look like you, and I've been lifting weight since, I can clearly see my body changing and I love it surreal how I was and how I became, but there's a down side to it when I increased the weight I developed hemorrhoids and I don't know what to do now cos obviously I can't workout as I used to and I don't feel great affecting me mentally more then physically, most of people here don't talk about it or admit cos they embarrassed and that make you think you're alone in this no one's got it part from you! but I am sure they got it too at some point! If you have any advice or experience please kindly share it with us how to avoid it or reduce it and how to continue training? Thanks in advance
