I didn’t have any scales which meant I relied on winging it. The below are all approx.
B L A C K C U R R A N T sorbet
1kg blackcurrants
500g sugar
Place in pot and heat up until berries burst. Blend until smooth. Pass through sieve. Chill minimum of 2h before putting in the ice cream machine.
