I also went to Las Vegas for a week and before that I was in Oahu for a week. I’ve literally been on vacation after vacation for almost a month. _ Have you ever gone on a short vacation and realized you gained like 5-10 pounds? Have you spent a grip of money on eating out on vacation and found that was your biggest cost? The worst is getting home and feeling yucky from not working out and eating bad. _ I’ve been strict about staying on my shakes, teas, and my plan while being away from home. It’s really paid off too and I haven’t deprived myself of foods I wanted I just had them in moderation. My meal replacements saved me so much money while traveling and removed the frustration of what to eat while traveling!
