Are you looking for ways to mix up your #LISS (Low Intensity Steady State) training? Why not try SWIMMING!? This is not something I do regularly BUT can be a really great way to mix things up - if only all swimming pools looked like this hahah 🏊🏻♀️☀!! Don’t forget, if you are including swimming as part of your @SWEAT LISS routine, remember to maintain a STEADY pace, for a minimum of 30 minutes! @kayla_itsines I do the stair master for 35 minutes for Liss but I take about 4 breaks throughout the 35 fit appx 1 minute. Should I be more strict with trying to complete the full time or maybe just 30 with no break?

How important is LISS training? I have a tendency to skip it and just count chasing after my kids, a walk or bike ride (start & stop) and make a priority out of the harder work outs 3x a week.

Swimming for 30 minutes is a lot. It’s way higher intensity for me than jogging for 30 minutes.
