Ladies, it’s true, there is a LOT of jumping in my #BBG program. BUT if you are someone who prefers not to jump OR is physically unable to, here is a great no jumping workout you can do. I have been using A LOT of these exercises recently as I focus on rebuilding my strength and stability #postpartum.⠀

✅Alternating Squat & Lunge - 8 reps ⠀
✅Goblet Squat - 12 reps ⠀
✅Bent-Over Row - 12 reps⠀
✅Incline Push-Up - 12 reps ⠀
✅Side Plank - 30 seconds⠀
✅Alternating Bent-Leg Raise - 10 reps ⠀

Try to focus on the control and quality with your repetitions. ⠀

Let’s GO! Try 2-3 rounds with a 60 second break in between. ⠀

@kayla_itsines I have a question regarding your BBG Stronger Program! In certain circuits sometimes there are 1 or 2 exercises that require specific machines,however, at my gym these machines are often in busy areas where it is not possible to complete the rest of the circuit near by. What would be your recommendation for situations like this ?

Thank you so much for your strength-building workouts. I am a gym person... until I was on house arrest due to a lung condition. I am on my way to recovery and finding your workouts such as these truly inspire to get back... slowly but surely ❤️?❤️?❤️?

I am shocking at lunges, it took me a long time and a lot of practise to get them good and I’ve lost all of that! Any tips? I feel like I roll in with my knees. Is it all just going to be practise and consistency again?

Had a multiple neck surgery done 7 weeks ago.
Will this be the type of excercise I can start with. Was training like 5 days a week high intensity before op. ?
