⁣Ladies, it’s true, there is a LOT of jumping in my #BBG program. BUT if you are someone who prefers not to jump OR is physically unable to, here is a great no jumping workout you can do. I have been using A LOT of these exercises recently as I focus on rebuilding my strength and stability #postpartum.⠀

✅Alternating Squat & Lunge - 8 reps ⠀
✅Goblet Squat - 12 reps ⠀
✅Bent-Over Row - 12 reps⠀
✅Incline Push-Up - 12 reps ⠀
✅Side Plank - 30 seconds⠀
✅Alternating Bent-Leg Raise - 10 reps ⠀

Try to focus on the control and quality with your repetitions. ⠀

Let’s GO! Try 2-3 rounds with a 60 second break in between. ⠀
